DANIEL McSWAIN of Robeson County, North Carolina for $160 to JOHN BANES one 
tract of 50 acres between the Big Marsh and the Little Marsh South side of 
Goodman's Branch. Another tract of 50 acres on East side of Goodman Branch 
joining his own 50 acres by a patent to DANIEL McSWAIN 1797. Another tract of 
34 acres North side of Great Marsh by deedd from Duncan McAlpin in 1813 
containing in all 135 acres. Signed DANIEL McSWAIN. Wits: NEIL MATHEWS, 
MURDOCK BAIN.

MARY McSWAIN & SARAH McSWAIN, joint heirs of our beloved father, DANIEL 
McSWAIN, deceased with our beloved brother DANIEL McSWAIN quit claim & 
relinquish land. Nov. Term 1819.
