B. Parrott                   This Indenture made this 7th day
       To                    of Febuary in the Year of Out Loard One
H. Wilson                    Thousand Eight Hundred and thirty
                             four Between Benjamin Parrott of
Darlington District and state of South Carolina of the One
part and Hugh Wilson of the County of Robeson + state of North
Carolina of the other part WitneSs that the said Benjamin
Parrott for and in Consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to him
in hand paid by said Hugh Willson at and Before the
figuring of these presents have given granted bargained + sold
unto said Hugh Wilson his heirs and aSsigns forever all that
tract of parcel of Land lying in the said County of Robeson
Containing One Hundred and thirty acres on the south
west side of Ashpole beginning at a stake in Duncan
McCormicks line and run South 61 west 26 chains + 50 links
Then south to East with John McKellars 6 chains + 50 linkis
his corner then run west 17 chains + 50 links Then with
his other line South Eight West 15 chains + 50 links to a stake
among the pines Then North 67 West 7 chains Then south 25
West 18 chains + 50 links to a stake among five pines + Alfords
Corner then with and past his line south 65 East as
Many chains + Links as it will take to make the said
one hundred + thirty acres by ??? off and making a direct

line from the Last mentioned line to the Beginning being
part of a tract of a Ninety Thousand acres Granted to David
Allison Esq by patent No 1236 dated at Newbern 16th
day of July in the year of our Lord 1795 Which piece or
parcel of Land together with all singular the members +
Hindilaments + appertainances to the same belonging as in
any wise appertaining the said Benjamin Parrott aforesaid for
himself his heirs and aSsigns doth Covenant and agree to and with
the said Hugh Wilson his heirs and aSsigns that he the sd.
Parrott as aforesaid for himself his heirs will warrant + forever
defend the said tract of Land to said Hugh Wilson his heirs
and aSsigns against all claims of any person or persons
whatsoever In testimony whereof said Benjamin parrott hath
hereunto set his hand + affixed his seal the say + year above
written Signed sealed and delivered in presence of
