PATTERSON, Archibald.

An acting Justice of the Peace, commissioned by the Governor, and
sworn in the April Term 1863.  Appointed to his office by Legislature
in May 1863.  Now in the custody of Lieut. S. W. Bennette.  Enrolled
in Robeson County to be sent to Camp Holmes.
