Floyd, being by me duly sworn, says that he is personally aquatinted with Malcom Wilkerson, applicant for pension, that he was with Malcom Wilkerson in the Army and was present and saw him wounded at Battery Wagner near Charleston in the state of South Carolina in 1863. That the said Malcom Wilkerson was a member of Co E, 51st N.C. State Troops at the same time he was wounded. Affiant has no interest in this claim. F.J.
