CARTER was born in Nash County, N. C. , aged 32 years, six feet high, dark complexion and by profession, a farmer. RIGGINS was born in Robeson County, aged 19 years, five feet eight and a half inches high, dark complexion, grey eyes, black hair and by profession, a farmer. I will give a reward of $20 for the apprehension and delivery of the above named soldiers to me at my recruiting post in Hillsboro or $10 for either of them Hillsboro, Oct. 6 F. L.
