The Defendants, Angus B. McDougald and Wife_____McDougald, _____McDougald 
widow of Nathaniel McDougald, Martha Beck, Jane Carter, Effie Carter, William 
Carter, Angus Carter, Jennett Carter, John C. McDougald, heirs of Mary 
McDougald, dec'd., names and residences unknown, Neill Currie and wife Anna 
Currie, Peter Johnson, D. W. Johnson, W.R. Johnson, J.T. Johnson, P.A. 
Johnson, J.D. Vause and wife Mary Vause, D. A. McDougald and wife and others, 
heirs of Alex McDougald, names and residences unknown, heirs of Duncan 
McDougald, names and residences unknow, Neill Lamon and wife Mary Lamon, are 
hereby notified that the proceeding entitled as above, is now pending in the 
Superior Court of Robeson County, North Carolina, and its purpose is to have 
parition between the Plaintiffs and Defendants of the lands of Dougald 
McDougald and Alex McDougald, dec'd., and the said Defendants are required to 
appear and answer or demur to the petition in this cause, at the office of C. 
B. Townsend, Esq., Clerk of the Superior Court of Robeson County, North 
Carolina, at the Court House in Lumberton, N.C., on the 29th. day of May, A. 
D. 1890.
