  Maxton Union:  Mr. W. D. Baldwin
who has for several years been confined
to his house with chronic dyspepsia and
had not for years taken any nourish-
ment whatever, except boiled milk and
bovine, died Sunday morning at 11
o’clock. – Mr. Will Hunter, who
will manage the Island Beach hotel
this summer, will erect a tent for the
free entertainment of newspaper men;
and he desires a suggestion as to an
appropriate name for it.  We suggest
Hunter’s Resort for quill drivers.
