Mr. Alf BAXLEY Dead
Mr. Alf BAXLEY, of Raft Swamp, who has been in wretched health for some time, 
and who returned a short time since from a hospital in Fayetteville, where he 
had been for treatment, died at his home Tuesday. He was a prosperous farmer, 
a worthy citizen, a man of influence, and held in high esteem by his 
neighbors. He will be much missed. His family have the sympathy of many 
friends in their bereavement.
