Funeral Rites Today
For Mrs. Ella Britt
 
   Mrs. Ella Britt, 60, of the Smyrna section died at 10 o'clock last 
night after a long illness.  Funeral services were to be held this 
afternoon at 4 o'clock from the home and were to be conducted by Rev. 
Wilbur Edwards, her pastor.
   She is survived by a son, J. D. Britt of the Smyrna section; two 
brothers, D.G. Collins of the Smyrna section and George Collins of 
Lumberton.
   The Lumberton male quartet composed of Sim Caldwell, Ellis Page, 
C.C. Cole, and Henry McDuffie will furnish special music.
 
 
From the Contributor: Ella Collins was born Apr 12, 1881 and died 
Nov 16, 1941. She married a Britt. Her parents were John P. Collins 
and Cornelia Barnes.
