She was 86 years old. The interment will take place tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock at the home of the deceased. "Aunt" Helon was a good old lady and had a host of friends that will regret to learn of her death. It will be recalled that "Aunt" Helon on the 22nd of July sustained injuries as the result of an accident near her home on the Virginia and Carolina Southern Railroad, mention of which was made in the Robesonian at that time. The injuries sustained necessitated the amputation of one leg just below the knee. Immediately after the accident she was brought to the Thompson hospital, where she remained for about six weeks, since which time she had been at home, though confined to her bed all the time. Additional Comments: This was the daughter of Hardy H. & Sarah "Sallie" Parker Bell.
