Mrs. A. F. Floyd of Fairmont 

Beloved Woman Succombs to Influenza-Pneumonia--Funeral This Afternoon

   Fairmont, Jan. 6.--Death Sunday night claimed one of Fairmont's most highly 
respected and loved women, when Mrs. A.F. Floyd succombed to a severe case of 
pneumonia, following influenza. Deceased had made Fairmont her home since her 
marriage many years ago, being before her marriage Miss Mary Bullock of the 
Rowland section. Her friends were numbered by her acquaintances.
   Interment will be made this afternoon in the Fairmont cemetery at 3:30.
   Surviving the deceased are her husband, several brothers and sisters and the 
following children: Misses. Wrennie, Lelia and Sara all of Fairmont, Mrs. 
Ingram, of Lilesville, and one son, Furman.

Additional Comments:
Mary M. Bullock was born March 1865 and died Jan 7, 1923.
She married Alexander Ferdinand Floyd on Jan 31, 1891.
She was the daughter of John Bullock and Sarah McCallum.
