Mr. Hardin was born in Barnesville, August 11, 1910 to the late Frank and Emma Hardin. He was a Sunday School teacher at Barnesville for years. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Barnesville Baptist Church with the Rev. Howard Fowler officiating. Burial will be in the Barnesville Community Cemetery. Mr. Hardin is survived by two sisters, Emmie Stranter of Fair Bluff, and Louise Hardin of Calabash; two brothers, Lester Hardin of Lumberton, and Edwin Hardin of Maxton. The family will receive friends tonight from 7-9 pm at Prevatte Funeral Home in Fairmont, and at other times at the home, 704 West 27th St. in Lumberton.
