THE ROBESONIAN
LUMBERTON, NORTH CAROLINA
MONDAY, OCTOBER 17, 1955

Mrs. Danny Jacobs, the former Miss Annie Belle Oxendine, died Sunday about 1:40
p.m. at the Robeson Memorial hospital. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at
2 p.m. at New Hope with Rev. Claude Dial and Rev. Wade Locklear officiating.

Mrs. Jacobs is survived by her husband, Danny Jacobs; one daughter, Miss Adeline
Jacobs of the home; three sons, John E. Jacobs, Ledbetter, and Jessie Jacobs;
three sisters, Mrs. Georgianna Revels, Mrs. Mary Emma Bullard, and Miss Pattie
Chavis; one brother, Dewey Oxendine; and five grandchildren.
