Robesonian – Mo 08/06/1906
Lived to be 105 Years Old.
 
   Mrs. Sallie Pridgen died Friday at her home on Mr. Hector McMillan’s place, near
Lumberton.  She was 105 years old.  Several sons and daughters survive.  The interment 
was Saturday.
   Mrs. Pridgen was ten years old when the “big storm” came and it is from this
event that her age is reckoned.
