Fayetteville Observer
DIED,

   In Robeson county, on Wednesday the 17th inst., RALPH REGAN. He leaves a 
widow and a large family of children to mourn their loss. Mr. Regan was an 
upright, honest citizen, and his death is much regretted by his neighbors and 
friends.
