   DIED, at Elysium, near Lumberton, on the 22nd instant, after an illness of 
about three months, MRS. RACHEL RHODES, the amiable consort, of COL. JACOB 
RHODES. She had left two small children to lament the irreparable loss of a 
kind and tender mother.
