Mr. William Stephens, Near Board-
   man
 
   Mr. William Stephens died Satur-
day night at his home, near Board-
man, of paralysis.  Deceased was in
his 75th year and is survived by his
widow and one son – Mr. Hector
Stephens.  The funeral was conducted
yesterday at 4 p. m. and interment
was made in the family burying
ground, near the home.  Mr. Stephens
had been a member of Mt. Elim Bap-
tist church for 50 years and was
well-known.
