Mr. Morrison Taylor, age about 27 years, died at the home of his father, Mr. James R. Taylor, near Beulah Church, at 4 o'clock this morning. Deceased had been sick for two weeks with pneumonia. ROBESONIAN: 17 DEC 1917 We are deeply grieved over the very sad departure from this life of our young friend Mr. James Morrison Taylor, which ocurred at the home of his parents, Mr. & Mrs. J. R. Taylor, of the Beulah section, Thursday morning. He was a most excellent young man of about 27 years of age. We rejoice that he came into the Kingdom of Our Lord under our ministry and was baptized into the fellowship of the Beulah Church about ten years ago. We do not recall he was ever absent from a single church meeting. He was as modest as a girl, and had the disposition that won for him the admiration of all who knew him. Weep not, dear loved ones, your boy has only crossed over the Rubicon of Life and is safe in the sunny climes or a cloudless sky, where all is health, happiness, joy and love. Written by: Rev. J. M. Fleming: Baptist Minister and Writer for the Robesonian. Additional Comments: NOTE: Terry Johnson: Taylor Family Descendent:Researcher. JAMES MORRISON TAYLOR: 27 Dec 1889 - 13 Dec 1917.
