Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. today for Raymond Coy Taylor, 54, who 
died Friday, at the East Lumberton Church of God with the Rev. H.L. Helms and 
the Rev. W.C. Loftis officiating. Burial follows in the Gardens of Faith 
Cemetery. 

Taylor, of 1305 E. East 11th Street, was a life-long resident of the Lumberton 
area and was employed by Home Builders Service Corp. as a paint supervisor. 

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Julia Davis Taylor; one daughter, Mrs. Frank 
(Jeanette) Hardin of Lumberton; one son, Rev. Bruce Taylor of Raleigh; one 
sister, Mrs. Zeb (Foddie) Freeman of Lumberton; two brothers, Carson Taylor of 
Lumberton; and James Taylor of Tabor City; and two grandchildren, Philip and 
Karen Taylor of Raleigh.

The body may be viewed until one hour prior to the service at Floyd-Ward 
Mortuary.
