Claude (Froggy) Faircloth is held in the Cumberland county jail charged with the cutting. Roy Walters was a World War Veteran, a native of Robeson County. He is survived by his widow and the following brothers and sisters. Melton of Fairmont, Fulton of Autryville, Austin of St. Pauls, Mrs J. E. Evans of Autryville, Mrs R B Owen of St. Pauls, Mrs Cary Melvin and George Walters of Fayetteville. Funeral rites were conducted in St. Pauls Wednesday afternoon.
