After a short illness, Mr. Troy Warwick died at his home near De Funiak Springs, Fla., Nov. 3rd, 1902. He was born in Robeson County, N. C., April 16, 1892 [sic]. His parents were John and Emily C. Warwick. In early life he professed faith in Christ and was baptized into the fellowship of Antioch Baptist church by Rev. Haynes Lennon. He was jovial and happy in disposition. Sincerity and kindheartedness were among his most marked characteristics. He had many friends in this county, who will hear with regret of what seems his untimely death. In the year 1887 he removed to Florida, where he had resided ever since. He was married July 11th, 1889, to Miss Mollie Walden, of De Funiak Springs. He leaves a wife and five small children, one brother and four sisters, besides many other relatives, to mourn his loss. Mrs. J. P.
