Present the worshipful John Regan Daniel Molloy & Archibald Buie 
Esquires

Deed from William Ward to Levi Harrel acknowledged

Ordered that John Corneill Admr of the estate of Robert Corneill 
deceased sell as much of the estate of the deceased as will pay the 
remaining debts

The last will and testament of Reubin Rozar was proved by the oath of 
Nathan Musslewhite and admited ot record when Reubin Rozar Senr 
and Thomas Musslewhite qualified as Exectuors to the same

Ordered that Duncan Campbell Admr to the estate of Colin Campbell 
deceased sell the perishable property of said deceased

Ordered that Angus Patterson be overseer of the road in room of 
Andrew Puff

working on publick roads for reasons shown

Ordered that John Lewis and William Herring overseers join with their 
hands and repair the road from the flat swamp to fair Bluff
