oath of...." and then ordered to be registered; to eliminate redundancy, 
these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved 
by...."]

Ordered that the Wardens of the poor pay to John Blount fifty shillings 
for services by him done

Samuel Biggs and John Regan constable[s] allowed twenty four 
shillings each for their attendance three days as such this term

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as

Humphrey

Ordered that Archibald McKay and hands be exempt from working on 
publick roads provided he keep a good causway across the long 
swamp on his own land
