At a county court of pleas and Quarter sessions begun and held for the 
county of Robeson on Monday the first day of April and twenty third 
year of American Independence AD 1799

Present the worshipful Joseph Regan Joshua Pharoah & John Regan 
Esquires

Ordered that Absalom Davis be overseer of the road in room of James 
Black

Ordered that John McFatter be overseer of the road in room of Duncan 
McMillan

Ordered that there issue a dedimus to A. Debusk esquire in South 
Carolina to take the deposition of William Murphey a witness to a deed 
from William Horn to William Horn Parker

Murdock? McInnis Daniel McCollum James Alford Richard Wilkinson 
Donald McDonald & Lewis Powell who was fined sixteen shillings each 
for their nonattendance as jurors which fines now are remited

Deed from Nathan Pitman & Elizabeth Pitman to John Armstrong 
acknowledged
