Kenith Lamon exempt from paying a poll tax hereafter

[this paragraph looks to have been marked out] Ordered that John 
Newberry pay to Elizabeth Baggett five pounds for a base born child 
wherein he stands charged the reputed father for one year to 
commence from the birth of said child

On application Thomas & Abraham Davis Execr of the estate of 
Richard Willkinson is admited to sell the perishable part of said estate

Thomas and Absalom Davis Execr of the estate of Richd Wilkinson 
returned an inventory of said estate & ordered to be filed

Elizabeth Hogg bound apprentice to Cloe Hogg untill she arrive to the 
age of eighteen years now being three

Bill of sale from James Pickett to Robert Smiley for a Negro woman 
named Bit was proved by William Raiford

Last will and testament of Joseph Hinson proved by John Flowers & 
William Ashley Esquires which was admitted to record when  Rancy 
(Nancy?) Charity and Rachel Hinson qualified as Exrs

Ordered that John McEacharn be overseer of the road in room of Hugh 
Bane
