Mercers provided they do not interfer with any persons improvements

to Jesse Lees & that the following hands work on said road / to wit /

Last will and testament of William Bird proved by oath of Jacob Allen 
and admited to record when Jospeh Wood and Mary Bird qualified as 
execrs to the same

Bond from John Sawyer to Edmond Baxley for one hundred pounds to 
make said Baxley a right to one hundred acres of land was proved by 
the oath of Robert Carlisle and ordered to be registered

Nathan Pitman appointed guardian to Joshua Cox (Coy?) a minor 
orphan who entered into bond in the sum five hundred pounds for his 
guardianship with Noel & Newit Pitman his securities
