these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved

Daniel Wilder bound apprentice to Lewis Johnston untill he arrive to the 
age of twenty one years now being twelve

Ordered that Alexander Watson and John Watson work on the road 
that leads from Lumberton to the Rockey ford under John McNear 
overseer

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to lay of a 
road from John McEacharns brid[g]e to the common waggon road / to 
wit / Edward Love Alexander Love Angus Love Angus McBride Duncan 
McBride John McNeill Archd McNeill Duncan Furguson Neill Furguson 
Malcom Furguson James Furguson John Stewart Daniel McIntosh & 
John McEacharn & that John McEarcharn open said road & keep it in 
good repair at his own expense

The executors of the last will and testament of Richard Wilkinson 
returned an account sales of the perishable part of the deceaseds 
estate amounting to £114..10..6 which was ordered to be filed

Court adjourned untill tomorrow nine oclock

Wednesday April 9th 1800

Court met according to adjournment
