[Deeds were always either "acknowledged in open court" or "proved by 
oath of...." and then ordered to be registered; to eliminate redundancy, 
these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved 
by...."]

William Moore petitioned this court to order the secretary to correct an 
error in a patent made by the surveyor ordered that the secretary 
correct said error agreeable to the prayer of the petitioner

Deed from John Cambell to John Graham proved by Duncan Cambell

Ordered that Phillip Blunt have liberty to alter the road which runs 
through his and Ismael Roberts land in the following manner Begining 
at the corner of said Blunts fence and runing in a strate direction with 
the road which passes by said Blunts to said Roberts line and thence 
in a strait direction to the road at Joshua Ammons and when said new 
road is in  compleat order & received by the overseer of the old road 
then the said old road may be shut up

Jonathan Wishart & Samuel Biggs who was appointed a Justice of the 
peace by a dedimus potestatum & commission of the peace came into 
court and took the necessary oaths for their qualification and took their 
seat accordingly

John Biggs appointed constable in Captain Blacks district and entered 
into bond with Saml Biggs his security

Deed from William Traweak to Normud McLeod proved by James 
Cade

Deed from Othniel Traweak to Normund McLeod proved by James 
Cade

Deed from John Dow to Benjamin Blunt proved by John Willis

Deed from George Torry to John Dow proved by Robert Willis

Administration on the estate of William Kennedy is granted James 
Cade who entered into bond in the sum of one thousand pounds with 
Normond McLeod his security & qualified as such - and returned an 
inventory of said estate which was ordered to be filed
