sheriff sell the same

On petition of Duncan McFarland he is admited to rebuild a grist mill & 
saw mill on Buffallow Branch of Drowning Creek anciently known by 
the name of William Halls mill place

Ordered that John McNair be overseer of the road in room of Gilbert 
Sellers

Ordered that Lewis Johnston have leave to turn the road that leads by 
his house round his plantation provided he make the same good as the 
old part

The Execrs of Robert Wilkinson deceased returned an inventory of the 
deceased's estate which was ordered to be filed

Josiah Barnes Clerk entered into bounds as the law requires with Elias 
Barnes & John Rowland his securities

John Regan Register entered into bond as the law requires with Neill 
Brown his security

The court proceeded to the election of a sheriff when Thomas Barnes 
was elected to that office who entered into several bonds as the law 
require with John Rowland & Robert Haills his securities and took the 
necessary oaths for his qualification as such when the following 
justices was present / to wit / Elias Barnes Samson Bridgers John 
Rowland Nicholas Powell Stephen Sterling Wm Herring Sion Alford 
John Fort Joshua Pharoah George Moore Jonathan Wishart Saml
