Deed from Richmond Terrells to Archabald McEacharn proved by 
Willis Hammons

Deed from Jacob Hammons to Saml Hammons proved by Elijah 
Hammons

Deed from Robert Haills to Hugh McKay acknowledged

Administration is granted to John Little on the estate of Duncan McNair 
who is quallified as such & entered into bond in the sum of one 
thousand pounds with Archd Little his security

estate of Daniel Johnston deaced who is quallified as such & entered 
into bond in the sum of fifteen hundred pounds with Archabald Brown &

Ordered that Mitchel Biggs be overseer of the road in room & stead of 
Charles McDugald

The noncupitive will of Elias Stradford proved by Ann Hammon & Dicey 
Hammon & admitted to record and at same time John Hammon 
returned an inventory of the deceaseds estate

Administrators of Daniel Johnston deceased returned an inventory his 
estate which was ordered to be filed

Nancy Smith bound apprentice to Elisha Harrel untill she arrive to the 
age of eighteen years old now being nine months old

Court adjourned untill tomorrow nine oclock

Tuesday October the 7th 1800

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Noah Pitman Duncan Campbell & Sion Alford 
Esquires

The sheriff returned the venire facias from which the court selected the 
following gentlemen to attend as Grand Jurors during this term / to wit / 
Isham Pitman foreman Alexr Rowland Charles Barker John Brock 
John McArther Peter Buckannon Archd McNeil Charles McDugald 
Godfrey McNeil Josiah Barnes James Barnes Gilbert Sellers & Wm 
sterling and John Blunt constable sworn to attend them

Ordered that James Stone be overseer of the road in room of Wm 
Regan

Deed from Saml Dubois attorney in fact for Saml Muker & Abraham 
Dubois to Josiah Barnes proved by John Willis

Deed from Saml Atkinson to Joseph Lee proved by Patty Atkerson

Deed form John Willis & Jacob Rhodes to Joseph Wood 
acknowledged
