Last will and testament of Peter McArthur proved by John McPhaull 
and committed to record

Ordered that Hugh McGugan be overseer of the road in room of 
Godfrey McNeill

John Little Administrator to the estate of Duncan McNair deceased 
returned an inventory of the deceased estate which was ordered to be 
filed and at the same time returned the amount sales of said estate 
amounting to £178..9. -

William Ward appointed constable in Captain Newberrys district who 
entered into bond with John Hawthorn Junr his security

Administration on the estate of John McArthur is granted to Daniel 
McPhaull Peter McArthur and Catharine McArthur who qualified as 
such and entered into bond in the sum of three hundred pounds with 
John McPhaull their securities

Sampson Bridgers Esquire appointed County Trustee in room of 
Joshua Pharoah Esquire / Ordered that Samuel Biggs & George 
Moore Esquire assist Sampson Bridgers Esquire to settle with Joshua 
Pharoah Esquire former Trustee & make a report of their settlement to 
the court

Ordered that Peter Lamon John Storm and James Biggs be 
commissioners to draw a plan for a new Court house with the 
Treasurer of publick buildings and lay the same before this court 
tomorrow

Court adjourned untill tomorrow nine oclock

Wednesday January 7th 1801

Court met according to adjournment
