excecutors and returned an inventory of said estate which was ordered

Solomon Kersey sworn as guarnishe in a suit John Lee against Joshua 
Barfield declared he owed the defendant about two hundred and 
twenty dollars.  Ordered that the same be subject to Lees judgment 
when obtained

Ordered that the execrs of John Graham pay to Drusilla Moore four 
pounds for the last year and six for this for the  maintenance of a base 
born child of said Drusilla

Nathaniel Nicoles who was appointed as a Justice of the peace by a 
dedimus potestatum and commission of the peace came into court and 
took the necessary oath for his qualification and accordingly took his 
seat

Ordered that there be a road as follows / to wit / begining at the state 
line near Blues Bridge and from thence to intersect the old post road at 
Murdock McInnis[']s thence direct to James McQueens thence direct to 
the present post road at or near the rockey ford bridge and that the
