these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved

Ordered that Benjamin Moore be overseer of the road in room of Lewis 
Johnston

Ordered that Charles Ivey be overseer of the Creek in room of James 
Suggs and that he work the hands subject to work in said district

Ordered tht Peter Lammon John McCall and Ralph Regan be patroles 
in Lumberton District

Deed from Jacob Rhodes to Samuel D. Purviance acknowledged

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as

Court meet according to adjournment

Present the worshipfull Joseph Wood George Moore Robert Haills 
Esquires

George Moore Esquire returned an execution at the suit of John Peter 
Martin against William Gibson for ten pounds 1/ [scratched out] and 
costs levied by William Moore constable on seventeen hundred acres 
of land lying on the Great Swamp supposed to be the property of said 
Gibson ordered that the sheriff sell the same
