Ordered that Duncan Curry and Nevan McBride be patroles in Captain

James Alford appointed constable in Captain Alfords district who 
entered into bond with Duncan McArthur his security

Administration is granted to Matthew & Christian Strickland on the 
estate of Aaron Strickland & qualified as such and entered into bond 
with Aaron Strickland their security in the sum of four hundred pounds

Absalom Sinclair bound apprentice of Thomas Davis untill he arrive to 
the age of twenty one years now being sixteen months old

John Molloy & Margaret Molloy Escrs of Daniel Molloy deceased 
returned an inventory of the deceaseds estate ordered to be filed

James McNeill & George Moore Esquires who was appointed to settle 
with John Regan Esqr executor to the estate of Richard reported that 
they find a ballance due the estate of two pounds nineteen shillings

Ordered that the county trustee pay all monies that he may have in his 
hands to the county treasurer of publick buildings after taking up all 
county claims that became due previous to 1801 & that the receipts of 
said treasurer shall be good in his settlement with the court

Ordered that the treasurer of publick buildings pay all monies that he 
receive from the county trustee to the person that undertakes to build 
the court house as soon as said person enters into bond with approved 
security

Curtis Wood bound apprentice to John Brock untill he arrive to the age 
of twenty one years now being six years & nine months old
