these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved

Ordered that Erwin? Grimsley be overseer of the road in room of 
Benjamin Moore

Ordered that Jonathan Wishart be overseer of the creek in room of 
Joshua Hawthorn

Ordered that Robert Bullard be overseer of the road from James 
Alfords to Lowrys Bridge on drowning creek and that he work all the 
hands living on the west side of the back swamp above said road as 
high as Neill Smiths from thence a direct course to William Pauls on 
Wilkinsons Swamp then down said swamp as low as Daniel 
McCollums from thence a direct course to Archibald McLains at the 
cross roads at Little Ashpole
