Joshua Rozar bound apprentice to Jesse Newberry untill he arrive to 
the age of twenty one years now being seven 

Alexander Hammon bound apprentice to John Hammon untill he arrive

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Elias Barnes Agerton Willis John Rowland & 
Nicholas Powell Esquires

Absalom Daughety exempt from paying a poll tax for the year 1801

Ordered that Newit Pitman be added to the hands who worked on the 
road in Jacob Barnes's District

Ordered that Hardy Pope be overseer of the road in room of Newit 
Pitman

Thomas Barnes Esquire appointed sheriff who entered into the several 
bonds as the law directs with Elias Barnes & Joseph Wood _____  
_____ his securities and took the necessary oaths required by law 
when the following justices were present / to wit / Sion Alford John 
Little Sampson Bridgers Thomas Sewel? William McNeill Randol Curry 
Joseph Regan Noah Pitman John Regan and John Rowland

Ordered that William Austen Vaugh Hilbourn and Archd Rea be 
patroles in Captain Pate's? district

Ordered that a fair be established at Noah Pitman Esquires first to be 
in the first Wednesday Thursday and Friday in November next ? & to 
be the first Wednesday Thursday and friday in May and is to continue 
yearly and that Noah Pitman Esquire John Councill Archd Little? John 
? Esquire and John Molloy be managers of said fair
