Perrett a witness to a deed from Samuel Pate to Nathan Horn when 
the said Justice in pursuance to said Dedimus certified to this court 
under his hand and seal that the said Perrett personally appeared 
before him and made oath that he saw said Samuel Pate sign seal & 
execute said deed and that he saw Nathan Horn Senr sign with him as 
a concurring ? which deed is admited to record and ordered to be 
registered

Bill of sale from Michael Barnes to Archabald Buie Senr for a negroe 
girl named Ruth proved by John Mathews

Neill Thompson appointed constable in Captain Buies district who 
entered into bond with John Little his security

Ordered that the following hands work under William Townsand to 
repair the bridge near said Townsands and afterwards to be kept up by 
& with hands as the court may direct in future the hands to work as 
follows begining at John Forts bridge on the raft swamp a direct course 
to Archd Smiths mill from thence to Colin McLauchlan on Drownding 
Creek including the line ? in the district also on the other side of the 
creek begining at the mouth of Jacob Swamp and up said swamp to 
where it intersects the back swamp from said swamp to the Creek and 
also the inhabitants of Lumberton

John Braveboy a boy of colour bound apprentice to Horatia Hammon 
untill he arive to the age of twenty one years now being five and the 
said Horatia Hammons entered into bond agreeable to law with John 
Hammon his security

John Regan Junr appointed constable in Captain Regans district who 
entered into bond with Joseph Newbery his security
