Noah Pitman appointed constable in Captain Lees district who entered 
into bond with Benjamin Lee and Philip Spier his securities

Administration on the estate of Daniel Pherson deceased granted to 
Archibald Gilchrist Marian McPherson & Daniel McPherson who 
qualifed as such and entered into bond in the sum of four thousand 
pounds with Robert McLachlan & Danl Campbell their securities

Whereas there was an order past some courts ago giving John Blount 
leave to turn the road round his plantation provided he put the same in 
as good order as the old road when at this term he made it appear that 
he had put the new road in good order and that the hands who worked 
on the old road hereafter work on that part that was turned round his 
plantation

Gilbert Murphey one of the admrs of the estate of Duncan Murphey 
deceased returned an inventory of said estate which was ordered to be 
filed
