William Harler exempt from paying a double poll tax for the year 1802

Ordered that Neill Buie / Barbier / be overseer of the road in room of 
Neill McNeill

Ordered that Joseph Grantham be overseer of the road in room of 
Richard Grantham

Ordered that James Suggs & James Barnes hereafter work on the 
road under Jesse Lee overseer

Mitchel Biggs exempt from paying a tax on 3330 acres of land which 
he was charged with more than he had for the year 1802

James Biggs exempt from paying a tax on 450 acres of land for the 
year 1802

Deed from Archabald Smith to James Moore acknowledged

Deed from Sampson Bridgers to William Barry Grove acknowledged

Deed from Jesse Lee to Lewis Ivey proved by Joel Dawson

Deed of gift from Thomas Davis to Thomas Arnett acknowledged

Deed from Lemuel Noyes to Joseph Smith proved by Gilbert Cook
