Deed from John Storm to John Dow proved by Joseph Betton

Bill of sale from Noah Pitman to John Dow acknowledged

John Blout constable allowed thirty two shillings for four days 
attendance this term and John Rea Const allowed twenty four shillings 
for three days attendance

Ordered that Joseph Wood Esquire be overseer of the road in room of 
Joshua Hawthorn

Court adjourned untill court in course

At a county court of pleas and Quarter sessions begun and held for the 
county of Robeson on Monday the fourth day of July and twenty eighth 
year of American Independence AD 1803

Present the worshipful Robert Haills Alexr Patterson John Flowers & 
James McNeill Esquires

The sheriff returned the Venire facias from which the court selected the 
following gentlemen to attend as grand jurors during this term / to wit / 
Jacob Rhodes foreman William Barnes William Moore William Odom 
Gilbert Sellers Job Baxley William Brown Philip Spier Joshua Hawthorn 
Ralph Barlow Hector McNeill James McNeill Jesse Lee and John Rea 
constable sworn to attend them

The admr of Danl McPherson deceased returned an inventory of the 
deceaseds estate and ordered to be filed

Deed from John Cain to Robert Upton proved by Robert Haills Esquire

Deed from Daniel McDonald to Donald McDonald proved by James 
McNeill Esquire

Deed from Isaac Smith to Mills Taylor acknowledged

Deed from Jesse Philips to Sion Pitman acknowledged
