entered into bond with James McNeill Esquire his security

Neill McKay appointed guardian to Hector McKay a minor orphan who 
entered into bond in the sum of seven hundred pounds with Robert 
Haills his security

Ordered that John Little be overseer in room of Neill McAlpin to work 
on Alexr Littles Bridge and that Hugh McGugan Peter Monroe Malcom

Solomon Wilks appointed constable in Captain McEacharns district 
who entered into bond with Lewis Strickland his security

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Elias Barnes Robert Haills Neill Brown Joseph 
Wood Noah Pitman & Archd Buie Esquires

Ordered that William Morris be overseer of the road in room of Daniel 
Loe

The court proceeded to the election of a sheriff when Thomas Barnes 
was elected to that office and entered into the several bonds as by law 
prescribes with John Storm and John McNeill his securities and took 
the necessary oaths for his qualification as such when the following 
justices were present at his election / viz / Elias Barnes John Rowland 
Nicholas Powell Sampson Bridgers Zachariah Jordan Daniel McPhaull 
Archd Buie Daniel Campbell William Normant William Herring Robert 
Haills John Little John Regan Alexander Patterson Neill Brown Noah 
Pitman & James McQuinn

Orderd that Murdock Lamon be overseer of the road in room of 
Alexander Evans

Alexander Rowland appointed coroner and gave for securities Thomas 
Barnes Esquires and took the necessary oaths for his qualification

Charles Ivey exempt from a tax on 1100 ac[res of] land for the year 
1802
