oath of...." and then ordered to be registered; to eliminate redundancy, 
these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved

Ordered that Noah Pitman & Archd Buie be patroles in Captain Buies 
District

Ordered that Murdock McInnis be overseer of the road in room of 
Malcom McInnis

Ordered that Daniel McInnis (weaver) be overseer of the road in room 
of Neill McInnis

Ordered that Charles Serle be added to the hands who work on the 
road crossing Shoe Heel at McEacharns Bridge

Robert Haills the Treasurer of Publick Buildings reported his account 
which was refered toa committee to report on the same at the next 
term Joseph Wood and William Regan be that committee and that the 
same committee with the addition of William Norment be a committee 
to report what alterations or if any be necessary to be done to the new 
court house

Ordered that Hardy Councill be overseer to work the following hands 
on the bridge called Matthew Councills (viz) Isham Councill Benjn 
Lancaster and two of John Councills hands

Sampson Bridgers Esquire County Treasurer made his settlement with 
the court when there appeared a balance in his hands for the year 
1801 fifteen pounds also for the year 1802 £41..5/

Sampson Bridgers Esquire County Treasurer allowed £5 for his 
services for the year 1802.  Ordered that the said Treasurer pay to the 
commissioner of Publick Buildings £50 and by him be paid to Peter 
Lamon when he complies with his contract respecting of the new Court 
House

Sampson Bridgers Esquire appointed County Treasurer for the year

Administration on the estate of Magnus Henderson was granted to 
Archd Henderson who qualified as such and entered into bond in the 
sum of one thousand pounds with Duncan McEachern his security

William Regan
