It has been represented to this court by John Councill that David Legatt 
guardian to the orphans of Robert Councill doth not treat said orphans 
in such manner as the law requires, ordered that notice issue to said 
guardian to appear at next court to show cause why there may not an 
other guardian appointed in his stead

Ordered that Charles Seals be overseer of the road in room of Jacob 
Pitman

James McNeill Alexr Patterson & Joseph Regan Esqrs who was 
appointed to settle with the admr of Duncan McNair reported that after 
examining [the accounts] of the admr there appeared to be a balance 
in his hands of £80..5 as pr report filed

An execution at the suit of John Brock against John Rattly for five 
pounds and costs was returned by John Flowers Esquire levied by 
Isaac Bledsoe constable on one hundred and ten acres of land lying 
between Flowers's swamp and Indian swamp joining Wm Barnes's line 
ordered that the sheriff sell said land
