Ordered that Nicholas Powell Jesse Lee & Daniel Powell be patroles in 
Capt Lees district

Ordered that John Humphrey Benjamin Humphrey Archd Smith & 
James Biggs Junr work on the bridge across the Burnt swamp and that 
they keep the same in good repair

Robert Haills Esquire returned an attachment at the suit of George 
Moore against Ishmael Roberts for the sum of eight pounds fifteen 
shillings levied by William Moore constable on one hundred acres of 
land ordered that the sheriff sell the same

Robert Haills Esquire returned an attachment at the suit of Jonathan 
Wishart against Ishmael Roberts for the sum of nine pounds and costs 
levied by William Moore constable on one hundred acres of land 
ordered that the sheriff sell the same

Deed form Jacob Rhodes to John Brock proved by Ahab Willis

Benjamin Lee Nicholas Powell & William Herring Esquires who was 
appointed to settle the accounts of Thomas Davis admr of Philemon 
Arnet deceased reported that there appears to be in the hands of the 
admr the sum of £132..15.1.½? as pr report filed

Deed from James Wilson to Joseph Wood proved by James Smith

Ordered that William Sterling Benjamin Edwards & James Terry be 
patroles in Captain Sterlings district

Ordered that Joseph Regan Esquire & Peter Lamon superintend the 
Congressional election

Ordered that Joseph Wood and William McNeill Esquires superintend 
the county election and that William Thompson Junr & Absalom 
Atkinson be clerks

Court adjourned untill tomorrow ten oclock

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Joseph Wood James McQueen & Zachariah 
Jordon Esquires

On motion ordered that John Davis be appointed guardian predente lite 
of Jacob and John Lewis to take of the Interest of those minors in the 
suit of Robert Stevens against the heirs of James Lewis

John Blount constable allowed thirty two shillings for his attendance 
four days this term and John Rae constable allowed the same

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as 
jurors at next term / to wit / Charles Bullock Senr Isaac Bird Edward 
Grantham Senr Willis Lowe Douglas Powell Alexander Rowland Thos 
Townsend Joseph Newberry Albritain Drake Joseph Kitchan Nazarah 
Mitchel James Patin and ?
