Ordered that Daniel McDaniel be overseer of the road in room of 
Angus Love

Thomas Davis Entrytaker entered into bond with Jacob Rhodes and 
John Regan Esquire his security

Ordered that James McNeill John Little and Alexander Patterson 
Esquires be a committee to settle with the admrs of Samuel Kennedy 
deceased and make a report of their proceeding to next court

Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipful Joseph Wood John Regan & Joseph Regan 
Esquires

Ordered that Neill McGill be overseer of the road in room of Angus 
Black

John Blount constable allowed thirty two shillings for four days 
attendance this term and John Rae constable allowed the same

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as
