The jury who were summoned to lay off the dower of Elizabeth Legget 
out of the estate of her deceased husband Robert Council having 
reported, a motion was made for a new jury which was granted 
wherupon

Ordered that the sheriff summon a new jury to lay off said dower

Katherin McArthur who was appointed guardian to Peter Duncan John 
& Alexander McArthur minor orophans entered into bond in the sum of 
two thousand pounds with David Torry & Daniel McPhaul her securities
