Ordered that the hands under Nevan McMillan overseer work on the 
road round John Welks's fence as usual before removed

Ordered that Caleb Baxley be overseer of the road in room of John 
Johnston

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as 
jurors at the next Supr Court for the District of Fayetteville / to wit / 
William Norment Josiah Barnes Wm Thompson road Archibald McNeill 
& John Blount

An account sales of the estate of Hugh Bain was returned by his admr 
amounting to £95-9-6 and ordered to be filed

The last will and testament of Tobias Sealey proved by Britton Barnes 
& James Barnes and admited to record when Isom Sealey & Sarah 
Sealey qualified as exers to said will

Ordered that Stephen Wiggans Reding and Francis Varnum Francis L. 
Haynes Henry Flowers & Widow Sealeys Bob & two of Wm Ashleys 
Negroes Jim & Giles work on the new road that leads from John 
Daniels to Iveys Bluff and that Wm Flowers be overseer of said road

Hugh McDugald bound apprentice to Duncan Brown untill he arrive to 
the age of twenty one years old now being twelve

Wm Stevens bound apprentice to Archd McCallum untill he arrive to 
the age of twenty one years old now being ten

Bill of sale from Bennet Smith to Neill Brown proved by Archibald 
Brown
