Ordered that the sheriff sell the same William McNeill Esquire returned an execution at the suit of Robert Bullard agt John Locklear for the sum of four pounds nine shillings and cost levied by Isaac Dyson constable on one hundred acres of land the property of John Locklear on the East side of Drowning Creek on the Juniper Branch joining William McNeill and Neil McNeils land ordered that the sheriff sell the same William McNeill Esquire returned an execution at the suit of Angus Finlayson agt Neil McGill for the sum of thirteen pounds one shilling & two pence with cost levied by Isaac Dyson constable on two hundred acres of land in Robeson County on the ? near James McNeil & Neil McGill Senr land ordered that the sheriff sell the same Page 305 [image 155b] William McNeil Esquire returned an execution at the suit of John Watson agt John Locklear for the sum of two poiunds eight shillings with cost levied by Isaac Dyson constable on one hundred acres of land the property of John Locklear on the East side of Drowning Creek joining William McNeil and Neill McNeils land.
