Ordered that Marmaduke Ernedge? and Charles Thompson hands 
work under Lewis Jenkins overseer the Navigation of Drowning Creek

Ordered that the following gentlemen be inspectors of the polls at the 
different elections in the county that is to day - at McPhauls James 
McNeill & Jack Brown - at Alfords Elias Alford & Angus McLean - at 
Capt Lees Nathan Rowland & Francis P. Haines - at Councills Jno 
Little & Alexander Patterson - at the town of Lumberton John Storm 
and Joseph Regan

Ordered that the widow Currys hands Angus Curry & Neil McEachen 
work under James Smith overseer of the road

Ordered that John Flowers esquire receive the list of taxable property 
in Captain Stephen Sterlings district for the year 1805

Robert Haills appointed county treasurer of the public building who 
entered into bond in the sum of two hundred & fifty pounds with Joseph 
Wood & Sion Alford his securities

Ordered that Patrick McEacharn Esqr Edward Currie & Edward Love 
be commissioners to examine the practicality? of opening the 
navigation of Drowning creek from Gilchrists Bridge to the mouth of 
Buffalow & report to next court

John Flowers Esquire returned an execution at the suit of John P 
Martin vs. Nathan Horn for the sum of eleven pounds two shillings & int 
& costs levied by Saml Stone constable on three hundred acres of land 
lying ? branch ordered that the sheriff sell the same

McNeill

Deed from Simon Willis to William Regan acknowledged

Ordered that John Galbreath be overseer of hte road in room of John 
McEacharn and the same hands work under him

Ordered that the following hands work under Patrick McEachen 
esquire overseer of  Drowning Creek navigation - / To wit / Neven 
McMillan Archibald Gilchrist & hands Peter McEachen esquires hands 
Archibald McPhater The McGills & Archd McLachlin - such hands so 
working shall be exempt from working on any publick road

Ordered that the following persons work under Roderick McNair 
overseer of Drowning Creek - viz John Campbell & hands on other 
side of the creek Isaac Dyson McBride Alexr & John Watson & hands 
ARchibald McKay Dugald Leash John McLachlin Danl Wilkinson 
Daniel McCallum Patterson & John McNair

Deed from Angus Gilchrist to Archibald Johnson acknowledged

Ordered that Allen McLachlin be overseer of the road in room and 
district of Archibald McLeod
