these have been abstracted simply as "acknowledged" or "proved

John Powers was bound apprentice to Richard Thomas untill he arrive 
at the age of twenty one years now being fifteen whereon Indentures 
were executed

Edward Powers bound apprentice to John McNeill untill he arrive at the 
age of twenty one years he now being seventeen last February 
whereon Indentures were executed

Archibald McLeran? appointed guardian to John or? Daniel McLeran a 
minor orphan who entered into bond in the sum of one hundred 
pounds with James McNeill his security

Administration on the estate of John T. Litchworth granted to Alfred 
Rowland Esquire who entered into bond in the sum of five hundred 
pounds with Joseph Wood and Alexander Rowland his securities

Mathew Kilchen was exempt hereafter form the paying of a poll tax

Ordered that Joseph Lee be overseer of the road in room of Samuel 
Stone

Ordered that Malcom McNeil be overseer of the road in room of 
Charles McDougald

The following gentlemen were appointed to attend as Jurors to next 
Superior Court to wit Patrick McEachen Esquire William Mac Neil 
Esquire John Regan Esqurie Arhcibald McKay Gilbert Sellars & 
Needham Rowland

Ordered that Daniel McPhaul William McNeil & John Campbell be a 
committee to divide the estate of Robert Mc? deceased agreeably to 
the will of said deceased
